  • Returns & Exchanges
    Requests must be submitted within 90 days of product receipt and meet the following conditions:
    • Product is in sellable condition (i.e. unopened, undamaged, unexpired); OR
    • Product is expired or short-dated AND was not sold at a discount due to limited shelf-life

    Beyond 90 days of product receipt, return or exchange may be possible if:
    • Product is in sellable condition; AND
    • Product has a minimum shelf-life of 120 days on the date the request is made

    Returns will be honoured at the purchase price stated on the invoice. Exchanges will be provided for the same or equivalent product. 

    Products sold at a discount due to limited shelf-life are FINAL SALE.

    Price Adjustments
    Within 180 days     of delivery, price adjustments for slow-moving products can be requested. MDF may issue Credit Notes to cover up to 50% of the retail discount, not exceeding 50% of the original invoice price. 

    The final price adjustment will be made at MDF’s discretion. Products will not be eligible for returns after price adjustments.

    Incorrect & Damaged Deliveries
    MDF must be notified of any damaged products within 7 days of delivery. After this period, it is assumed that products are received in good condition. Damages reported after this period will not be eligible for return, exchange, or credit. 

    Incorrect deliveries may be returned or exchanged pursuant to the terms listed under Returns & Exchanges.

    NOTE:     Delivery drivers cannot pick up any items not listed on their “Return Pickup List.” Please submit an online return request prior to returning any products. Any products given to the drivers without the correct paperwork will not be processed for credit.

  • 退貨 & 換貨
    退貨或換貨請求需要在收到產品後 90 天內申請併滿足以下條件:
    • 產品處於可銷售狀態（即未開封、未損壞、未過期）；或
    • 以正常價購買的過期或短期產品

    滿足以下條件超過 90 天交貨的產品可有資格退貨或換貨如果:
    • 產品處於可銷售狀態；和
    • 提出請求之日起，產品保質期為 120 天之內

    退貨價將按照發票上的購買價格進行。換貨產品必須是相同產品或同等產品。

    由於保質期有限，以折扣價出售的產品為最終銷售。

    價格調整
    交貨後 180 天內    ，可以要求對滯銷產品進行價格調整。 MDF 可以發行信用票據來支付高達 50% 的零售折扣，但不超過原始發票價格的 50%。

    最終價格調整將由MDF自行決定。價格調整後的產品不可退貨。

    錯誤或損壞產品
    如果產品有任何損壞，必須在交貨 7 天內通知 MDF。在此期限之後，假定收到的產品狀況良好。在此期限之後報告的損壞將不符合退貨換貨的條件。

    錯誤產品可根據 「退貨條款」 退貨或換貨。

    請注意: 送貨司機無法提取「退貨取貨清單」中未列出的任何物品。請在退回任何產品前提交网上退貨要求。在沒有正確文件的情況下向司機提供的任何產品將不會被處理為。
